TWEENS (Ages 8-11)
Those successfully
completing the Tween Strength Training Program (ages 8-11) must still
be accompanied by an adult, and wear their badge of completion. This class involves proper weight
room etiquette & rules, proper form, strength, safety, and
nutrition. One week in advance
registration required.

TEENS (Ages 12-15)
All youth 12-15
are required to complete our Teen Strength Training Program and wear badge
of completion in order to use the weight room. This class involves proper weight
room etiquette & rules, proper form, and nutrition. (Need to wear workout clothes &
proper shoes.)
