YMCA TWEEN STRENGTH TRAINING Grades 4-6

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

STRENGTH TRAINING

 

TWEENS (Ages 8-11)

 

Those successfully completing the Tween Strength Training Program (ages 8-11) must still be accompanied by an adult, and wear their badge of completion.  This class involves proper weight room etiquette & rules, proper form, strength, safety, and nutrition.  One week in advance registration required.

 

 

2nd Thursday of the Month

6:00 - 9:00 pm

 

 

$20.00 member

$40.00 future member

 

TEENS (Ages 12-15)

 

All youth 12-15 are required to complete our Teen Strength Training Program and wear badge of completion in order to use the weight room.  This class involves proper weight room etiquette & rules, proper form, and nutrition.  (Need to wear workout clothes & proper shoes.)

 

 

 

 

1st Wednesday of the Month

6:00 - 9:00 pm

SPORTS PROGRAMS

TODDLER TIME

Babysitting Ages 3 months and up
is available while parents use the facility.

Pre-register by 6:00 pm the day before service date.

Monday-Friday 9:00 am - Noon
Monday-Thursday 5:00 - 8:30 pm
FREE to members
$ 3.50/hr. future member

NOTE: Your 3-11 month old child is limited to 1-1/2 hours per am/pm.
