AQUATICS

Learn how to swim or refine your strokes. Class will be managed to accommodate the non-swimmer and intermediate swimmer. Saturdays 9:00-9:45 am

30-MINUTE PRIVATE SWIMMING LESSONS

IYENGAR YOGA

(limited to the first 12 registered participants)
Integrating postures and breath rhythms to energize and strengthen the internal self. Relaxation, proper alignment and relief from tension are prime factors in building strength in spirit, mind, and body.

AEROBICS CLASSES

FREE TO MEMBERS:

Forget what you know about aerobics (especially if you lived through the 80's!) because aerobic classes have changed! All YMCA aerobic classes offer a cardio workout with strength & flexibility training. Classes are taught by certified instructors who use a variety of tools based on the particular class, such as a step bench, free weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. If you are looking for a total body workout in a one-hour session,

YMCA aerobics may be just what you need!

MORNING AEROBICS


MONDAY - Hi-Lo Aerobics

Floor routines for a low impact work-out with options for participants to adjust to their own fitness level.

TUESDAY – Lo Impact

This class will get one moving to aerobic routines done on the floor.

WEDNESDAY – Lo Impact & Morning Step Aerobics

This class is designed to teach you great form for both lo-impact aerobics and step aerobics.  The class is appropriate for most fitness levels. 

FRIDAY – Strength & Endurance

Alternating between strength and endurance and sometimes using some basic moves on the aerobic step, we will work different muscle groups while keeping the heart rate at an aerobic level.

SATURDAY - Saturday Surprise

Appropriate for most fitness levels with options to increase and/or decrease intensity per individual preference. Formats may include floor or step aerobics, and strength training.


EVENING AEROBICS

STEP AEROBICS

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 5:15 - 6:15 pm

Advanced in both intensity and choreography, recommended for those with experience of step aerobics.

CORE FITNESS

5:15 - 6:15 pm

A mix of ball, pilates, ballet, and yoga exercises all designed to help strengthen your core and develop better tone, balance,and posture. 

ADULT BOOT CAMP MAINTENANCE

The boot camp maintenance class is a scaled down version of our intensive results-oriented summer boot camp conditioning program, which is conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment.  Maintain your progress!
