On September 28, 2006, the Indiana
County YMCA SilverSneakers©, received an award for attracting and
retaining the largest number of seniors, 55.5%, within a five mile
radius. The award was presented by Pam
Hostetler, of Healthcare Dimensions, to YMCA Executive Director, Mike
McElhaney, and SilverSneakers© Senior Advisor, Rhonda Dennae.

Designed to improve balance & coordination, increasing strength and
flexibility

Instill peace of mind while strengthening muscles, improving
flexibility, reducing stress, and increasing mental concentration.

for class times!) 45 minutes of basic exercise routines with most
exercises performed from your seat.
