MORNING AEROBICS
MONDAY - Hi-Lo Aerobics
Floor routines for a low impact work-out with options for participants to adjust to
their own fitness level.
TUESDAY – Lo Impact
This class will get one moving to
aerobic routines done on the floor.
WEDNESDAY – Lo Impact & Morning
Step Aerobics
This class is
designed to teach you great form for both lo-impact aerobics and
step aerobics. The class is
appropriate for most fitness levels.
FRIDAY – Strength & Endurance
Alternating between strength and
endurance and sometimes using some basic moves on the aerobic step, we
will work different muscle groups while keeping the heart rate at an
aerobic level.
SATURDAY - Saturday Surprise
Appropriate for most fitness levels
with options to increase and/or decrease intensity per individual
preference. Formats may include floor or step
aerobics, and strength training.
EVENING AEROBICS
STEP AEROBICS
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 5:15 -
6:15 pm
Advanced in both
intensity and choreography, recommended for those with experience of
step aerobics.
CORE FITNESS
TUESDAY 5:15 -
6:15 pm
A mix of ball, pilates,
ballet, and yoga exercises all designed to help strengthen your core
and develop better tone, balance,and
posture.
